The City of Carey has (5) hangar lots available for lease.
Lots are able to accommodate a hangar up to 54 feet deep and 44 feet wide
For wider hangar, lease multiple lots
20-year lease with option to renew for additional 20 years. (non-expiring)
Price per lot is .10 cents per square foot. $302.40 per year
A minimum of 1 plane access fee is assigned to each hangar $200 per year
Hangars must be used for aviation purposes.
A new pilots lounge and restroom now on site.
