The City of Carey needs all accounts updated with current email and phone numbers. The City of Carey is available to assist with registration on the new Utility Payment System. The City of Carey can provide you with your web id for their system. Fee's associated with payment portal is 3.95 % of payment amount for credit debit card payments and ACH Payment is 2.50 minimum and 1.95 fee per transaction.
